What's your payment policy? How can I pay?
The following payment methods are accepted at the moment:
Once your order has been confirmed, please pay within 3 days otherwise your order will be considered cancelled. Send your proof of payment along with your order number to email@example.com
What does it mean to pre-order?
Some of our products are for pre-order. Sometimes a product sells out and we'll immediately allow customers to pre-order. In other cases, we normally don't carry a certain product on hand and really require a pre-order for your to make a purchase. You’ll know if an item is for pre-order when checking the product’s page. Upon placing your order, you will have to pay a 50% deposit. The balance will be requested right before we ship out your order to you.
What are your lead times for pre-orders?
Once you place a pre-order, we'll be emailing you regarding an estimated delivery date. In most cases, this would be around 3-4 weeks after the order has been confirmed. However, if you'd like to know before ordering you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Please be advised that each product will have different lead times, and it is possible that transit times and other logistical concerns may delay the delivery date. You will be contacted should anything happen to your order. Rest assured, we'll make sure your order gets to you. If not, we'll happily refund you! We've got it covered.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Your 50% deposit cannot be refunded if your order has been processed and is in transit. Please let us know right away if you wish to cancel a pre-order and we'll let you know if it's possible.
When will I get my order?
Within Metro Manila
Orders within Metro Manila will be delivered within 3-5 working days after payment. We'll let you know ahead of time if you should expect any delays.
Outside Metro Manila
Orders outside of Metro Manila will be delivered within 10-15 working days after payment. Please give us time to get in touch with our courier, secure a quote, and prepare your package.

Can I return my order?
All orders made and delivered are final. In the event that an item is damaged or defective, please email us at email@example.com and we'll help you out. Take note that we will only accept items that are still within their original packaging.
